Eligibility & Requirements
- If you want to apply to the University of Twente, you must meet the following requirements: your program of study begins in the academic year 2020/21; you have not previously completed a full degree (such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in the Netherlands; or you do not hold a degree from a Dutch educational institution.
- You must be from outside the EU or the EEA;
- You have a CGPA of 7.5 (out of 10) and are a very good student.
- You have (probable) been accepted into one of the qualifying study programs. You must fulfill all requirements, if any, for obtaining an entry visa to the Netherlands;
- You meet the general English language test requirement with an Academic IELTS score of 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT of 90) and a subscore of 6.0 (or TOEFL iBT 20) on speaking skills. You are not eligible for a Dutch Study Grant.

University of Twente Scholarship 2023-2024 is a fully funded masters scholarship for international students. Approximately 50 scholarships are available with value of € 3,000 – € 22,000 for one year. However students can receive an additional UTS to cover the expenses of the second year.
How to apply for scholarship in University of Twente?
Once you applied for a Master’s programme and received a (conditional) admission letter, you can apply for the scholarship with your student number. UTS is not available for Dutch and/or current UT students. The UTS is not available for EU/EEA students.
