Government of Pakistan Ministry of Science and Technology has recently announced these jobs in October 2021. Ministry of Science and Technology jobs are announced for the posts of Project Management Specialist Senior Research Officers Research Officers Biochemical Engineers Research Associate Technicians Account Officer Lab Attendants and Naib Qasid.

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for appointment, purely on contract basis for one year extendable for three years on performance basis against Project Posts in PSDP project titled on lum-sum pay basis.

The project posts are purely on contract basis and exclusively for the project period, when the project is completed these posts will automatically be abolished and no claim for regularization on these posts shall be entertained. Minimum salary packages are announced from 16000 to 20000 PKR and Maximum salary packages are announced from 40000 to 250000 PKR.

According to the eligibility criteria candidates must having Minimum 30 years age limits and maximum 50 years age limits. Bachelors or Master qualifications are required in different computer field and minimum Matric qualifications are required with experience in related field. Had practically worked on different aspects of project management of technology projects, well-versed in public sector project management processes. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Selected candidate will be overall responsible to lead management of project. Should possess good work ethics.
02	Senior Research Officers	MS or Ph.D. Biotechnology or Applied Microbiology Biochemistry Metabolic Engineering Synthetic Biology etc. For PHD, 4 years of relevant experience Fermentation Technology Industrial Biotechnology and for MS 6 years of relevant Fermentation Technology Industrial Biotechnology experience required. Selected candidates will be responsible to perform Research and development in the assigned filed along with operation and maintenance of project related activities. Should possess good work ethics.
03	Research Officers or Biochemical Engineers	MS Ph.D. Biotechnology Industrially Biochemistry Applied Microbiology Biochemical Engineering Synthetic Biology Metabolic engineering etc. For MS 2 years of relevant experience Fermentation Technology Industrial Biotechnology required. Selected candidates will be responsible to perform Research and development in the assigned filed along with operation and maintenance of project related activities. Should possess good work ethics.
04	Research associates or Technicians	BS Industrial Biotechnology or Microbiology Biochemistry Chemistry Biotechnology etc. Preferably with relevant experience of scientific equipment handling and with excellent word processing/computer skills. Selected candidates will be responsible to perform assigned tasks along with operation and maintenance of project related activities. Should possess good work ethics.
05	Account Officer	At least M.BA or MA M.Sc. 16 years education with excellent word processing computer skills and 5 years of office administration or human resource experience in public sector or govt. office. Should possess good work ethics. Selected candidate will be responsible to perform accounts, admin and other project related matters. Should possess good work ethics.
06	Lab Attendants	At least FSc. or FA 12 years education with excellent word processing computer skills and 2 years of experience in private sector, govt. office. Selected candidate will be responsible to perform tasks related to lab or pilot plants and other project related matters. Should possess good work ethics.
07	Naib Qasid	Matric, preferably with experience.
