Eligibility Criteria
- For a bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma; for a master’s degree, a minimum IELTS score of 5.5. The scholarship will be renewed annually based on academic performance.
- Should not be a Vietnamese citizen younger than 30 on February 28, 2023, for bachelor younger than 40 on February 28, 2023.
