Wapda decided that those eligible candidates who wanted to apply for the post of Deputy Director Vigilance, they will be posted projects anywhere across Pakistan and those candidates who wanted to apply for the post of Deputy Director they will be posted at Diamer Basha Dam.

- The officers appointed against the posts of Deputy Director Vigilance shall
- initially remain on probation for a period of 01 year under Federal Government
- guidelines or WAPDA Policy.
- The appointments against the posts of Deputy Director Security shall be made on lump sum pay package for a period of 1 year extendable subject to satisfactory performance. The services of Officers appointed on lump sum pay package shall not be regularized at any stage.
